About The Position
To perform all tasks and duties for the general maintenance of a commercial/residential facility. The employee will be responsible to perform all tasks and duties for the general cleanliness and repair of residential units, public areas and commercial use space.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- NYS Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling and woodworking helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Performs general building maintenance.
- Performs janitorial tasks, which include the sanitation of all public and private areas.
- Ensures proper disposal of debris.
- Ensures that all garbage duties are executed as needed.
- All other functions are assigned.
