About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring a Porter to join our team at Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. As a Porter, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting the overall success of the community.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and assist with weather-related needs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependable team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in cleaning, groundskeeping, hospitality, or maintenance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and attractive grounds, common areas, amenities, and community spaces
- Assist with apartment turnovers and prepare homes for new residents
- Remove trash and complete daily property upkeep
- Support landscaping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks
- Assist the Service Team with community needs and resident requests
- Help create an exceptional living experience for our residents
