About The Position
Ourisman is seeking a Porter/Valet to help keep dealership operations running smoothly. This role is crucial for ensuring vehicles and customer areas are clean, organized, and ready for service and sales needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Requirements
- Prior porter/valet experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
- Professional communication and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Relocating and parking vehicles in assigned areas to support daily service and sales flow
- Keeping the lot orderly, clearly arranged, and free of obstructions
- Washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to maintain a customer-ready presentation
- Providing courtesy transportation support and assisting with service appointment vehicle shuttling
- Receiving and inspecting new-vehicle deliveries and supporting inventory record accuracy
- Maintaining cleanliness across the lot, showroom, and customer waiting areas
- Supporting the service team with drop-offs/pick-ups and delivering parts or paperwork between departments
