About The Position
As a member of the Porter Team, you will play a key role in supporting the Facilities department by maintaining cleanliness and order throughout assigned areas. Your efforts ensure a welcoming and safe environment for our guests and team members, contributing to the overall guest experience at Casino Fandango. Requirements
- Must be at least 18+ years of age.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of team members and management.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.
- Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
- Ability to maintain composure in potentially stressful situations.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and maintain cleanliness in assigned sections, including restrooms and common areas.
- Empty garbage and ensure all areas are free of debris.
- Use various cleaning products and equipment such as vacuums and dusters.
- Clean bar mats during designated shifts.
- Follow directions carefully and maintain open communication with management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, team members, and vendors.
- Accept and apply performance feedback professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Facilities team.
