Porter / Shuttle Driver (Part-Time)

As a Porter, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first and lasting impression for our guests. You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
- Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required.
- Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible.
- Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom’s high standards of presentation.
- Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized.
- Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed.
