About The Position
Reinhart Grounds Maintenance, Inc is a grounds maintenance firm that has been working in Central, Illinois area since 1986. We are looking for qualified people to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a can do attitude. This role involves managing and maintaining a high-profile commercial property, learning professional grounds maintenance, operating light and heavy equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Be presentable, clean-cut, and well spoken.
- Possess a high degree of motivation and strong work ethic.
- Have reliable transportation, with a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic grounds maintenance work such as porter services, sweeping, watering, dumping trash cans, landscape repairs, and shrub pruning.
- Assist in landscaping installs.
- Perform snow removal depending upon season.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
