About The Position

The Porter Manager will lead, train, hire, and oversee the porter staff, ensuring seamless execution of duties related to vehicle inventory appearance, maintenance, and movement. This role is crucial for maintaining the dealership's standards for new and pre-owned vehicles.

Requirements

Managerial experience, required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must be willing to submit a background screening

Responsibilities

Manage (lead, train, hire, and oversee) our porter staff making certain the following duties are performed seamlessly.
Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
Make certain all new and pre driven deliveries are performed as to Nissan’s set standards
Stock in both new and pre driven vehicles
Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management staff and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
