Porter Manager SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating and controlling all area of porter services. Supervises personnel in Porter Department. Responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all area of the Casino public and office areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervising all phases of the Porter Department. Adheres to the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals. Supervises porter personnel. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and discipline porter staff. Suggests procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Assists with the investigation and resolution of employee and guest concerns. Enforces all company and departmental policies and procedures. Participates in departmental brainstorming sessions. Completes Human Resources paperwork timely and accurately. Other duties as assigned.
