Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within manufacturing or residential settings.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
Electrical experience including working with wiring, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination.
Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Ohmmeters for system diagnostics.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with welding techniques and tools is preferred.
Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for overseeing maintenance projects or team members.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds to maintain a pristine environment.
Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting across various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues with equipment or infrastructure.
Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to repair or modify systems as needed.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and general maintenance person duties.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Supervise or coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary.
