About The Position
As the Porter/Lot Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and organization of our dealership lot. This role is critical in maintaining the appearance and condition of the vehicles on the lot, ensuring smooth vehicle movement, and supporting the overall dealership team with logistical tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work and vehicle movement tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dealership lot, including vehicle parking, organization, and lot presentation.
- Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and surrounding areas.
- Assist sales and service teams with vehicle preparation and transportation needs.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with dealership standards and appearance requirements.
