Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper sanitation of all resident apartments and common areas of the community.
- Dust and polish furniture; wash and disinfect all countertops and sink areas; mop and disinfect bathrooms and floors; and vacuum all carpeted areas.
- Perform detailed cleaning of residents’ homes and prepare empty rooms for move-ins.
- Responsible for the laundering of linens, draperies, and resident personal clothing within the assigned area of service.
- Perform detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
- Deliver clean personal items to the appropriate resident.
- Shampoo carpets and clean tile/hard floors.
- Perform pre-move-in cleans and post-move-out cleans.
- Other duties as assigned.
