About The Position

• Ability to work outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, humidity).
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Keeping communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.
• Picking up trash.
• Cleaning pet waste stations.
• Trashing out apartments.
• Light painting.
• Housekeeping tasks.
• Supporting maintenance as needed.
• Performing daily, recurring responsibilities such as picking up litter and pet waste.
