Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times
• Operate dishwashers
• Wash, clean, sort, and organize dishes safely
• Check all chemical levels and inventory and alert MOD as needed
• Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures
• Help collect and clean dishes in the dining room and outdoor dining area
• Maintain a hygienic work environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards and sanitation guidelines
• Assist Cooks when necessary
• Help receive and store deliveries as directed
• Clean, disinfect, and close workstations
• Comply with tasks and duties as directed by the manager
