This role focuses on increasing member, provider, and client utilization of web-based solutions for claims submission, payments, and authorizations. The position involves educating callers on the benefits of using member and provider insurance portals, servicing members and providers across dental, medical, vision, and physical therapy through these portals, and providing feedback on portal issues to internal departments. The representative will ensure calls are answered according to guidelines, accurately document call information, identify and escalate potential issues, and perform outbound calling projects.
