This role is responsible for developing and sustaining strong relationships with key clients, addressing and resolving their complaints, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The position involves developing advanced services for customer support, understanding client needs to prepare customized solutions, and managing the procurement of basic parts for service jobs. The Key Asset Manager will also be responsible for assembling quotations, following up with prospects, pursuing orders, and analyzing data to provide predictive maintenance recommendations. Collaboration with various internal teams, execution of growth action plans to meet sales targets, and providing daily supervision and support for site-based technicians are also key aspects of this role. The position requires ensuring the completion of all required paperwork accurately and professionally, defining material requirements, arranging sub-contracted services, processing purchase requests, and preparing invoices. The role also involves managing service schedules, reviewing job costs, and resolving customer complaints within established guidelines, escalating unresolved issues as needed. Providing leadership in safe work practices is also a responsibility.
