Requirements

  • Experience in luxury, service and guest relations; concierge, receptionist, hospitality, etc. (REQUIRED)
  • Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
  • Reasonably flexible work availability

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional start of the Porsche experience by providing a kind, professional and warm welcome to all sales and service guests
  • Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness
  • Guide the guest to the correct contact person and inform them about next steps (e.g. sales / service)
  • Ensure a qualitative waiting time through hospitable service by serving the guest with refreshments, providing WIFI access, reading materials, etc.
  • Increase showroom traffic through creation of a welcoming and brand-adequate atmosphere
  • Create balance and direct guest traffic with proactive guidance to the correct contact person or the waiting area
  • The Host is a well-known face (for existing guests) and should cultivate an enhanced brand image and prevent dissimilar or inconsistent guest experiences
  • Proactively greet guests at the door upon arrival; welcome them, and then accompany them on the way out
  • Create a warm welcome without delay and with friendly and courteous small talk
  • Keep the guest informed about the current status of the service or sales process
  • Collaborate with the Porsche Pro when guests face longer wait times (e.g. offer Porsche Pro product consultations, tech talks or test drives to bridge waiting time)
  • Identifying guest needs (needs, interests and reason for the visit)
  • Determine the right contact person, advisor, valet, etc.
  • Set internal consultants up for success by ensuring they have the needed time to prepare for a guest; partner with them and discuss engagement preferences
  • Bridge waiting times with information about the Porsche brand/dealership events etc.
  • Hourly check in with guests to ensure communication/status updates
  • Communication with advisors/technicians to ensure guests have proper follow-up
  • Verification of guest data (e.g. name, email, phone) and update of C@P system
  • Confirm service appointments
  • Prepare for the next day’s appointments; greeting with guest name, providing preferred refreshments, quick guidance to the correct colleague etc.
