About The Position

Porsche Salt Lake City is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Valet to join its high-performance service team. The ideal candidate will embody the core values of Competitive, Consistent, Adaptable, Respectful, and Empathetic. This role involves greeting customers, moving vehicles, and working with the Sales Team to ensure guests receive a first-class experience at all times. The primary goal is to create an exceptional brand experience to build loyalty to both Porsche and the dealership group. This position requires daily interaction with guests, Sales Managers, Brand Ambassadors, and Service staff.

Requirements

  • Technically Proficient with Apple & Microsoft Applications & Technologies
  • Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Submit to and successfully complete background check, and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, move vehicles, and work with the Sales Team to make sure our guests receive first class experience at all times.
  • Create an exceptional brand experience to build loyalty to both Porsche and our dealership group.
  • Treat all guests in an enthusiastic, courteous and helpful manner and strive for complete satisfaction at all times.
  • Promptly follow-up with guests and fully answer their questions or address their concerns, seek assistance if necessary or appropriate.
  • Implement and maintain current standards for guest treatment that define courteous, professional behavior and foster the goal of complete customer satisfaction.
  • Move vehicles between the storage lot, showroom and staging areas.
  • Respond quickly to the needs of the department and the customers.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the Brand Ambassadors and Managers to effectively, efficiently, and positively communicate ideas and information.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Conduct oneself in a manner that brings credit to the dealership.
  • Dress in a professional manner that is in accordance with dealership policy.
