About The Position

Porsche Chantilly, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Porsche Pro to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Product Specialist, you will professionally and courteously help customers with their vehicle technology questions by email, by phone, and in person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training.
  • Prior retail experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent.
  • One to three years related experience and/or training.
  • Prior retail experience in a dealership is preferred.
  • Manufacturer training is preferred but not required.
