About The Position

Porsche South Bay is seeking Porsche-certified technicians at all levels (Silver, Bronze, and Gold) to join their team. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Porsche Bronze & Silver Certified Technicians: Minimum 2 years of professional Porsche technician experience required.
• Porsche Gold Certified Technicians: Minimum 3 years of professional Porsche technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 18 years or older required
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
• Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
• Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
