About The Position

Porsche Seattle North is seeking a Porsche Certified Service Technician/Mechanic. This role is for individuals who are Porsche-certified (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) and possess the necessary platform knowledge, diagnostic skills, and professional standards required for Porsche service. The ideal candidate will perform accurate, efficient, and consistent work, and is ready to bring their expertise to a well-managed Porsche dealership in Seattle. The dealership is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company that prioritizes employee and guest experiences. Porsche Seattle North serves a passionate ownership community and values exceptional service. Technicians at this store will diagnose and repair a wide range of Porsche vehicles using PIWIS diagnostic tools and OEM procedures, perform multi-point inspections, develop repair plans, execute repairs to factory specifications, and document all work accurately. The role also involves performing test drives to confirm repair quality and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Requirements

  • Active Porsche factory certification at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level
  • PIWIS diagnostic tool proficiency -- or demonstrated progression toward it based on certification level
  • A track record of accurate, efficient repair work with a low comeback rate
  • Self-directed and productive on flat rate -- you manage your bay, your time, and your throughput
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across the full model range using PIWIS diagnostic tools and Porsche OEM procedures
  • Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans
  • Communicate findings clearly to service advisors to support timely guest authorization
  • Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with precision and efficiency
  • Handle diagnostic complexity at the level your certification supports and grow into the next tier with manufacturer training supported by the store
  • Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders
  • Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout every shift
