What We Need Self-motivated individuals Automotive repair expertise Passion for the automotive industry Focus on serving customers What Our Apprentice Technicians Do Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems on Porsche vehicles Perform routine maintenance on Porsche vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Assist with the installation of performance upgrades and accessories on Porsche vehicles Learn and keep up to date with the latest Porsche technologies and repair methods Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Winners serving Winners! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in a technical school program in automotive repair or equivalent work experience
- Passion for learning and a desire to become a Porsche technician
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems on Porsche vehicles
