Requirements

  • 1 year of automotive experience.
  • Strong automotive background
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Porsche manufacturer standards
  • Apply expertise across all major vehicle systems, including: Powertrain (engine & transmission), Suspension & steering, High-performance braking systems, Electrical and network systems, Climate control
  • Support junior technicians when needed and contribute to a disciplined, professional shop culture
  • Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional client experience
  • Verify every repair meets Porsche expectations for performance, safety, and reliability
