Requirements

Minimum 1 year of automotive experience.
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs across all Mercedes-Benz systems
Lead complex work on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
Leverage factory diagnostic tools to ensure accuracy and reliability
Complete warranty and service work to exact Mercedes-Benz standards
Communicate seamlessly with Service Advisors to enhance client experience
Mentor and support developing technicians in the shop
Uphold quality through meticulous final inspections
