Porsche Sales Professionals provide a luxury sales experience by accompany customers through the entire customer journey, focused on finding the most appropriate product for each individual customer’s desires.

Requirements

Self-Confidence and persuasiveness.
Analytical skills (Target-driven and business oriented).
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Business and sales experience in the premium and luxury-sector.
Required: 5-7 years of luxury automotive experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and walk-around video creation encouraged.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers arriving at the dealership.
Nurture existing customer relations, generate leads, and focus on successful contract closing.
Showcase Porsche vehicles and explain features and warranties to customers.
Offer meaningful consultation for customers, including the most appropriate configuration and financing options.
Answer customers’ questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.
Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customer’s vehicles.
Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.
Follow up with past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
Acts as a customer’s partner of trust through every step in the sales journey.
