Requirements

  • Self-Confidence and persuasiveness.
  • Analytical skills (Target-driven and business oriented).
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Business and sales experience in the premium and luxury-sector.
  • Required: 5-7 years of luxury automotive experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and walk-around video creation encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers arriving at the dealership.
  • Nurture existing customer relations, generate leads, and focus on successful contract closing.
  • Showcase Porsche vehicles and explain features and warranties to customers.
  • Offer meaningful consultation for customers, including the most appropriate configuration and financing options.
  • Answer customers’ questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.
  • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
  • Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customer’s vehicles.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.
  • Follow up with past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
  • Acts as a customer’s partner of trust through every step in the sales journey.
