About The Position

Unified Group Services is seeking a full-time Population Health Analyst to join their team in Anderson, IN. This role involves collaborating closely with customer data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement. The analyst will conduct population health analyses, recognize trends related to wellness and healthcare utilization, and develop recommendations to help customers maximize the value of their programs. Key responsibilities include preparing clear and professional reports and presentations, monitoring program performance, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, and supporting the implementation of wellness initiatives. Unified Group Services is a full-service third-party administrator (TPA) for self-funded group health insurance plans, established in 1996, focused on providing innovative programs, cutting-edge technology, and trusted partnerships to control healthcare costs and ensure access to benefits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in facilitating demos, meetings, and training sessions
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to customers, brokers, employees, and internal teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to learn and work within internal systems, wellness platforms, reporting tools, CRM/task-management tools, and vendor portals
  • Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, wellness, communications, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in employee benefits, wellness programs, healthcare analytics, or customer service
  • Familiarity with data analysis, report preparation, and presenting findings
  • Experience with Personify Health or similar systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive information
