About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at TravelCenters of America, you help provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service in a quick-service restaurant. You serve guests, help provide quality food and a clean restaurant, process transactions, and support the restaurant’s kitchen and dining needs. The role involves working collaboratively with leaders and co-workers and following operating and food-safety procedures. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred.
• Previous food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) register.
• Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs.
• Maintain equipment according to operating standards.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Communicate and build rapport with leaders and co-workers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
