About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Popcorn Production Attendant to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a popcorn production attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicous popcorn to our guest while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until April 24, 2026.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of popcorn

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a popcorn popper or in a hospitality role is a plus
Knowledge of popcorn making techniques and equipment is preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and pop popcorn using professional popcorn making equipment
Serve popcorn to guest in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized popcorn station
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting gues with their popcorn selections
Monitor and regulate temperature and cooking time to ensure the perfect popcorn consistency
Replenish popcorn supplies as needed
Adhere to food safety and health regulations
