About The Position

We are looking for a fun, high-energy Poolside Bar Supervisor to lead the vibe, support the team, and keep the good times flowing at our resort’s very busy poolside and entertainment hotspot. This role is about turning sunshine, music, and great drinks into unforgettable guest experiences. If you can run a bar and a vibe, we want you on deck to help us make every pool day the best day.

Requirements

• Has bar or restaurant leadership experience
• Brings positive energy and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
• Is a natural people-person who loves engaging with guests
• Can lead a team while keeping things fun and professional
• Is flexible—weekends, holidays, sunshine-filled long days

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and servers with a “work hard, play hard” attitude
• Keep the bar running smoothly—fast, friendly, and on point
• Jump in behind the bar and around the pool when needed (and crush it)
• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages
• Coordinate poolside games, promos, and themed events
• Ensure responsible service and a safe, clean environment
• Handle guest interactions like a pro—turning moments into memories
