About The Position
Join our team as a Poolside Grill Supervsior and take the lead in creating a fun, efficient, and high-quality poolside food experience for our members. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our poolside grill, including team leadership, inventory management, and delivering great service in a fast-paced summer environment.
Requirements
- Strong organization and reliability
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Attention to detail with ordering and inventory
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the poolside grill
- Schedule and support concession team members
- Manage ordering, inventory, and product levels
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Provide a positive, energetic experience for members and guests
- Step in and support service during peak times
