About The Position
Serve casual food and Beverages poolside to members and guests, in a fast paced environment. This role involves taking guest orders, managing order pick-up and delivery, performing various cleaning tasks, completing opening and closing procedures including handling money, stocking dining areas, removing trash, changing soda syrups, and maintaining inventory. The position also requires contributing to the overall resort team effort by completing additional assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders using IG system and guest name.
- Manage pick-up process and deliver orders poolside to guest
- Complete basic surface level cleaning as well as other deep cleaning projects within the Bar, dining area and storage areas.
- Complete opening/closing procedures such as picking up/dropping off money from the Front Desk at the Inn, counting drawer, opening IG and wiping down tables, countertops, etc.
- Keep dining area stocked with condiments and snacks.
- Remove trash on a daily basis.
- Clean/mop within the service and Bar area.
- Change soda syrups when needed.
- Maintain and complete an inventory stock list at all times.
- Handle money properly
- Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assign
