Coastal Pools is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Pool Service Technician I. This is an entry-level, hands-on career opportunity where you will work outdoors, learn a skilled trade, and be part of a growing team. No prior pool experience is necessary; the company provides comprehensive training for those who are dependable and eager to learn.

Requirements

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Valid Maryland driver's license.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

No previous pool experience is required. We provide hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Perform routine pool cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and filter maintenance.
Test and balance pool water using proper chemical procedures.
Learn to inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool equipment.
Assist with seasonal pool openings, closings, and winterization.
Safely handle, transport, and store pool chemicals.
Complete service reports, water chemistry readings, and customer notes using our CRM system.
Communicate concerns or equipment issues to the Service Manager.
Provide professional, courteous customer service at every home.
