About The Position

The Pool Server is responsible for taking the guest's beverage and/or food orders and delivering it to them in the pool area. Keep assigned areas clean and empty of glasses, cups, bottles, and dishes. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of Age.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner.
• Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature (of 100 degrees or more), illumination and air quality.
• Must have a Health Card and TAM Card

Nice To Haves

• Additional language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent service throughout their visit to ensure all guests' needs are met.
• Accurately places guest Food & Beverage orders, inspects orders for quality and accuracy, ensures correct plating, and serves according to standard.
• Total the bill, check bills for accuracy and obtain payment from the guest.
• Set-up, maintain and close work stations in an efficient, clean and timely manner.
• Assists in setting up tables, booths and/or cabanas, including tableware and condiments.
• Ensures tables, cabanas and poolside areas are kept clean and cleared of all unnecessary items.
