We are seeking an experienced Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of pool-related issues, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves both routine maintenance and complex repairs, ensuring pools are safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing for our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a pool repair technician.
  • Extensive knowledge of pool mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of pool issues.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in pool repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • We do not clean swimming pools.
  • We are premier warranty stations for Jandy, Hayward, Pentair and Aquacal.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair issues related to pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing pipes, and ensuring proper water circulation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical components related to swimming pools.
  • Partner up with our customers to perform routine maintenance twice a year on all equipment. This includes water chemistry testing, filter cleaning, and inspection of wiring and all operations of all equipment on the pad!
  • Install new pool equipment and upgrade existing systems as requested by clients or to meet new electrical code changes.
  • Provide clients with accurate estimates for repair work and recommend solutions to prevent future issues so they can choose what fits their needs the most.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in weekly training exercises and morning meetings to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work alongside dispatchers to ensure overall success of the business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering client questions, and provide guidance on pool maintenance and care.
