This position combines project management, customer service, construction oversight, estimating, and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating communication between clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the renovation process. This role provides professional project oversight while delivering a "white glove" customer experience from project start to completion. In addition to managing active renovation projects, the successful candidate will have opportunities to assist with renovation sales, estimating, site consultations, and preparing project proposals for prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive pool renovation experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to project delivery.
