We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our members and guests all summer long. Season positions have the potential to grow into year round employment. Requirements
- Previous cooking and food service experience preferred.
- High energy, passion for people and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to established menus and recipe standards.
- Support daily operations for both the 1854 Cafe and the Pool Pub.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Follow all food safety sanitation guidelines.
