About The Position

As a Pool Operator, you'll help keep our pool safe, clean, and ready for fun. You'll monitor pool water, temperatures, equipment, and safety standards, complete required logs, readings, and incident reports, keep the facility inspection-ready and secure, safely manage pool chemicals and equipment, provide great service to YMCA members, guests, and staff, and help maintain a safe aquatic environment.

Requirements

• Must be 17+
• At least 500 hours of experience
• Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Valid Pool Operator License for the facility's jurisdiction
• Ability to meet YMCA Lifeguard physical requirements
• If not currently YMCA-certified, must complete YMCA Lifeguard certification within 6 months
