About The Position
The City of Plymouth is currently hiring a Pool Operations Site Supervisor to oversee early morning operations at Wayzata East Middle School Pools – a perfect opportunity to give back, stay engaged, and support a healthy, safe community environment.
Requirements
- Age 18+ by your start date
- Current Lifeguard Certification
- Experience as a swim instructor
- A positive, dependable team player who communicates well
Responsibilities
- Open and close the facility, including setup and teardown
- Greet patrons and create a welcoming, community-centered environment
- Lifeguard during morning swim sessions
- Monitor the facility for safety and maintenance needs
- Be ready to respond in case of an emergency and accurately document incidents
- Communicate with staff, supervisors, and patrons to keep everything running smoothly
