Nice To Haves

At least 1 year experience in pool operation & aquatics
Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing pool maintenance and pool deck cleanliness.
Cleaning the pool, balancing chemicals, washing pool deck, landscaping, low voltage lighting, irrigation repair, event set up and tear down.
Create custom Member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area and other workstations.
Help repair and maintain pool equipment & maintain proper circulation, cleaning and pool chemistry.
Ensure that all equipment (ie. railings, ropes, pumps, etc.) are in good working order, and provide repair/replacement as needed.
Help procure chemicals, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Clean and sanitize swimming pool (includes cleaning pools, cleaning filters, skimming pool surfaces, vacuuming pool, checking that chemicals in pool are at ideal levels and adjusting chemicals if needed).
Comply with all safety and health department procedures. Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
Trim and maintain vegetation around facilities.
Willingness to assist in facilities maintenance when needed.
