Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Computer skills.
Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid Training a plus.

Responsibilities

Observes persons entering, exiting, or loitering in or around facilities and responds to security related complaints from residents, members, guests, and employees.
Conducts routine walk-arounds of the property at scheduled and random times.
Ensures that doors are locked and property is secure.
Responds to accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities. Documents details and advises management.
Maintains logs and reports of all related activities.
Provides security coverage for special events programs.
Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by facility.
Identifies and corrects any safety hazards.
Performs light maintenance duties including but not limited to: changing locks and light bulbs.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
