About The Position

Execute high-quality pool equipment diagnostics, repair, and installation to ensure customer systems operate safely and efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting revenue growth through accurate repair identification and service execution. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing various pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, and electrical components at customer locations. The technician will evaluate pool systems, identify repair or upgrade opportunities, and communicate these clearly to customers. Accurate documentation of all work performed using company mobile systems is essential, as is maintaining communication with dispatch, office staff, and leadership. The role also requires managing vehicle inventory, parts, and equipment, performing routine vehicle inspections, and upholding professionalism and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of pool equipment repair or related mechanical experience.
  • Knowledge of pool systems, equipment manufacturers, and automation systems.
  • Experience working in a field-based, customer-facing service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, and electrical components) at customer locations.
  • Evaluate pool systems and identify required repairs or upgrade opportunities to drive service revenue.
  • Communicate repair needs, options, and solutions clearly to customers to support informed decision-making.
  • Document all work performed accurately using company mobile systems to ensure billing and operational alignment.
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch, office staff, and leadership to ensure service execution efficiency.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, parts, and equipment to maintain readiness and minimize service delays.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Support team development by assisting in technical training when needed.
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service standards at all times.
