About The Position

Join our team as a Seasonal Pool DJ and help create a fun, energetic, and engaging atmosphere for guests at our resort pool. In this role, you’ll provide music, live entertainment, and interactive experiences that enhance the overall guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys music, crowd engagement, and working in a lively outdoor environment.

Requirements

Previous DJ, music mixing, or live entertainment experience preferred
Strong knowledge of music genres and ability to read and engage a crowd
Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
Ability to act as an MC and confidently speak in front of groups
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to follow resort guidelines for music selection and guest engagement
Basic technical knowledge of audio equipment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, and set up equipment up to 30 lbs
Frequent movement, bending, and reaching
Ability to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

DJ and mix music at the outdoor pool to create a fun, upbeat, and family-friendly atmosphere
Select and play music in alignment with resort standards and audience preferences
Serve as MC for poolside activities, engaging guests and making announcements
Interact with guests to encourage participation and enhance the entertainment experience
Maintain a smooth and natural flow of music and event programming
Set up, operate, and break down DJ equipment and sound systems
Monitor volume levels and ensure music is appropriate for all ages
Assist with poolside games, activities, and events as needed
Support the Activities team and step in as an Activities Attendant when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe entertainment area
