About The Position

The Pool Deckhand position at Tree Tops is part of the Outdoor Pool Department. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to guests, including setting up areas and handling food and beverage orders. The deckhand must be attentive to guest needs, readily available to serve, and maintain continuous cleaning of their area of responsibility. Secondary duties include assisting the team with guests, daily preparation for service, and performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Food and beverage experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

• Some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service – set ups, Food/Beverage
• Anticipate guest’s needs
• Be readily available to serve at all times while performing a multitude of duties
• Continuous cleaning of area of responsibility
• Teamwork assistance with guests
• Daily preparation work for guests’ service
• Heavy and light cleaning done daily and weekly
• Aid with daily and weekly ordering
• Assume responsibilities of Locker Room, Greeter, and Food Runner if needed
