About The Position

Responsible for performing a variety of routine Custodial duties in the overall upkeep of pool locker rooms and pool decks. The position is available 7 days a week from 3pm - 6pm up 38 hours a week. The position begins May 23rd and ends September 7th.

Responsibilities

Cleans and washes floors, walls and windows
Polices Pool grounds, parking lot, paths and play surfaces on a daily basis and performs routine tasks necessary to maintain a clean, safe outdoor environment including but not limited to, picking up litter and broken glass.
Maintains a clean and sanitary environment (cleans toilets, sinks, mirrors, floor), including addressing accidental spills or illness-related incidents and replenishes supplies as needed
Empties wastebaskets and other trash receptacles
Requests supplies from the Custodial Supervisor or Supply Custodian
Stores supplies and equipment appropriately and maintains cleanliness of the storage areas
Cleans adjacent grounds of litter and sweeps walks
Loads, unloads and delivers equipment and supplies, as needed
Performs the job safely and in compliance with District policies, procedures, work and safety rules, and the employee handbook
Additional functions as assigned which may be considered essential
