Requirements

• No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
• A willingess to learn and grow
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to get to warehouse
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including West Texas heat.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
• Reliable and punctual on a daily basis
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with routine pool and spa cleaning and maintenance services
• Skim, vacuum, and brush pool surfaces to ensure water clarity and cleanliness
• Test and balance pool water chemistry using industry-standard tools
• Safely handle and apply pool chemicals following proper safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment inventory
