About The Position

We are looking for a Pool Cashier at the Kirby Creek Natatorium to join our team! The Pool Cashier is responsible for handling and accounting for money, filing, communicating by telephone, performing simple arithmetic, typing and analyzing data or report information, and dealing effectively with the public.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Money handling preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phone inquiries, and provide information regarding pool hours, programs, and fees.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments and issue receipts to customers.
• Count the daily revenue and reconcile with reports.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized. This may include cleaning the counter and lobby area and replenishing supplies.
• Enforce entrance requirements and notify managers of questionable behavior and safety concerns.
• Assist with coordinating emergency services if necessary.
