About The Position
The Marriott Hutchinson is seeking a friendly and proactive Pool & Beach Attendant to provide outstanding guest service. This role often serves as the first or last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience.
Requirements
- Provide outstanding guest service.
- Act as a first or last point of contact for guests.
- Lift, move, and carry objects up to 25 lbs.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Set up, stock, and maintain pool areas and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including putting up umbrellas, setting beach chairs, folding towels, breakdown chairs from the beach, locking doors and securing equipment.
- Lift, move, and carry objects up to 25 lbs; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Support team goals and maintain professional interactions with guests and coworkers
