About The Position
New Albany Country Club is looking for Pool Servers & Bartenders to join their team for the remainder of the summer season. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic pool environment with a consistent hourly wage, as tips are not required. The position is located in a beautiful private club setting with a friendly, team-oriented staff and a convenient New Albany location.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior bartending or service experience preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to Members and guests
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain clean and organized pool bar areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
