About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Pool Bartender to
join our team at Cabana Bar at The St. Anthony Hotel. As a Pool Bartender, you
will be at the heart of our outdoor guest experience—crafting refreshing
beverages, creating a lively atmosphere, and delivering attentive service
poolside. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a relaxed
yet high-energy setting, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience, especially in a pool or outdoor setting, preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification (RV Bar Card) within 45 days of hire.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Deliver top-notch poolside service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outdoor bar and surrounding area.
• Monitor guest behavior and verify legal drinking age where required.
• Restock bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes throughout the shift.
• Set up and break down the bar area in accordance with daily opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with pool attendants, servers, and hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Stay informed on menu changes, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
