Pool Bartender - Seasonal
About The Position
Army Navy Country Club is a prestigious private, member-owned institution with a history dating back to 1924. Spanning 488 acres across two campuses located in Arlington and Fairfax, Virginia. As a Bartender at Army Navy Country Club (ANCC), you will play a key role in providing exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm will contribute to a memorable and enjoyable experience for all who visit our bar. Poolside Bartenders will be responsible for taking orders, making & delivering drinks to members and guests and overall cleanliness of their assigned bar area. July - September
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- At least High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- No experience required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Lift a minimum of 20lbs
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including but not limited to, wind, sun, heat and cold.
- Ability to work during varied hours of the day and days of the week
- Strong command of the English language
Responsibilities
- Make and deliver drinks to members and guests
- Maintain accurate pour sizes and cocktail recipes
- Assist with daily operations assigned
- Maintain bar cleanliness and appearance
- Take food and beverage orders from members and guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver food & beverage orders to members and guests efficiently and accurately
- Follow up with additional member requests and issues
- Maintain par levels of all bar items and ingredients
- Prepare batched cocktails per assigned recipe
